Every 50 minute EvolvePilates session leads you through a series of unique, intense, and fun exercises to give you a total body workout. Be prepared to sculpt and tone your muscles like never before!

Welcome to EvolvePilates

EvolvePilates differs from your ordinary Pilates class by fusing the lengthening and toning elements of traditional Pilates with quick transitions and cardio bursts to deliver ultimate results.

Each class is specifically designed to achieve total body activation and muscle engagement, making every move efficient and effective. We'll make sure that you work muscle groups you don't even know you have.

 

First Time Trying EvolvePilates?

EvolvePilates is done on our state of the art reformers, so we recommend ToeSox or socks that have grips on the bottom. ToeSox are available for purchase in the studio. Wear workout clothes that make you feel your best and allow for ease of movement. 

Anyone can complete an EvolvePilates class. If you have a serious injury or medical condition, please contact us before your first class. We may recommend a private session before you jump in to a group setting. Pregnant clients welcome!

Burn/HIIT

Burn is our signature cardio and strength workout using the High Intensity Interval Training Method (HIIT). HIIT is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Each Burn class delivers a full body workout with a focus on utilizing different muscle groups in conjunction with cardio rounds to increase endurance, strengthen muscles, and burn fat. 

No workout is the same, so expect to be pushed past your limits and never reach a plateau. To achieve this, we use a combination of functional movements, strength training, plyometrics, and treadmill intervals. Our small class size offers the same personalized attention and motivation as personal training with an energetic atmosphere.

Expected Results

Two Workouts, One Class

Take your Evolve workout to the next level by combining Evolve's two signature workouts, EvolvePilates and Burn, into one class. SBS begins with 30 minutes of Burn to get your heart pumping and sweat flowing, then finishes with 30 minutes of EvolvePilates to shape and sculpt.

You can expect this class to live up to its name. You will sweat and you will burn, but your hard work will pay off. In the end, you will sculpt and tone your body like never before.

We are always up for a new challenge, and we always want to serve you the freshest workouts. We love throwing Specialt[e] Classes into our workout routines to keep our bodies guessing. With many formats to choose from, you’ll be able to customize your routine for exactly what your body needs.

HOT MAT PILATES

Get ready to REALLY sweat and get your heart rate up during our Hot Mat Power Pilates session. We are taking our signature [e] Pilates class, bringing it to the MAT, and taking it up a notch in the cardio department. You'll really work up a sweat and get your heart rate up during this intense, full body workout focused on utilizing core strength to sculpt and tone, while adding an extra cardio punch. We combine Pilates movements, quick transitions, and higher intensity with a little HIIT flair to elevate your heart rate, increase your strength, and fine tune your muscle definition. Are you ready to sweat?

Room will be heated between 80-90 degrees. Mat is required.

HOT BELLS

Hot Bells, inspired by the versatility of kettlebells and dumbbells, was developed to effectively and efficiently build lean, toned muscles while keeping your heart rate accelerated to burn more calories. In this full body workout, you can expect to use kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises in an hour long dynamic interval format. The room is heated to at least 80 degrees to increase your heart rate, burn more calories and heat up your muscles quicker. The sweat is well worth it! Get ready to torch calories while building strength, toning and burning fat!

Please bring a mat for Hot Bells.

RECOVER[E]

Help your body recover from your workouts with this class that's focused on guided stretching. The room will be hot to help increase your flexibility and muscle recovery.

Room will be heated between 80-90 degrees. Please bring a mat.

YOGA

Take flexibility, focus, and mind to the mat in our Hot Yoga classes under our exclusive infrared heating panels. Detox from the inside out as you calm your mind, body, and spirit. Yoga is important not only for the health of the mind, but also for the flexibility and prevention of injury in the body. You can expect to feel more relaxed, stronger and more stress-free after one of our Hot Yoga sessions. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes that allow for free movement of the body. 

Room will be heated between 90-100 degrees. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes that allow for free movement of the body. Our yoga classes are only available at our Baton Rouge location.
